I am a Certified Trainer with 12 years of professional and over 20 years of personal experience. I ran cross country for the U of W, power-lifted on a national level, raced in long distance runs, and have volunteered in training with youth at risk. I have two boys who are dedicated athletes. This keeps me in touch and actively learning about what is taking place in youth sports and sports nutrition. My clients are a diverse bunch ranging in age from 13 (young) to 78 (young at heart).
