It has always been a dream of mine and has become a passion, to be my best self and to help others do the same. Now I am a Certified Fitness Trainer and in the best shape of my life.

In my early 30's, I started to notice a decline in my energy and was not liking the way I felt or looked. It was not an easy decision but I decided I needed to make a change to my lifestyle. I realized DISCIPLINE was the key to a healthier me. By changing the way I approach nutrition and overall fitness, I have set out a road map for my fitness journey.
