Hi, my name is Kev, I'm 49 and in the best shape my life, both Physically and Mentally.
I first become a Fitness Coach in 1997, and soon after completed studies.
Since then I have accumulated a wealth and exercise knowledge and experience across multiple disciplines, including Elite Military, Les Mills, Sports Specific, Crossfit and as a Functional Studio Owner. As a parent I understand how to juggle work and family time. I'll coach and guide you towards better Mental and Physical Health and Wellness without over committing. Coaching, Programming, Nutrition, Meal Plans. Exercise program for you to follow at your home (with or without equipment) or at your local gym, beginner to advanced. Walking and Running programs.
