Welcome future Pros! Spring Into Shape is a 12 week challenge that is meant to help create easy sustainable habits, like, walking body weight exercises. This is a complete online program... meaning you will have all your workouts available to you in the palm of your hands and a simple easy to follow meal plan. With my fitness app, you will be able to track all your progress.. sets, reps, progress photos, weight and so much more right into the app! I personally designed and implemented daily and weekly motivation to help you stay focused. A complete meal plan will be uploaded to your profile once you have enrolled. This is the same meal plan my select one on one clients receive... No macro counting, just simple measurements that are ready. All workouts within this challenge are body weight exercises. Every other week a small progression has been added so that you don't get complacent or bored. I will be with you the entire length of the challenge with two-way communication built right in the app as well for any questions. That's correct, I will be answering any questions, not an automated system. This is what sets me apart from the rest. You also be attached to group chat with the other competitors.
