About Christian

I'm an ISSA-Certified Fitness and Elite Trainer based in Northeast Ohio. I work with the general population, especially young professionals, empty nesters, and film crew members such as Steadicam Operators and boom operators. I focus on strength training and transformations with a little agility added. I also work in the film industry, helping run a boutique shop called red Bicycle Media. When I'm not at the gym training myself or clients or on set telling stories, I enjoy playing basketball, going to Cleveland sporting events, and travel around the world.
