Made for the strong recovering mama. This program is designed to be safe yet challenging to restore your core while working and strengthening your entire body. Please be sure to have clearance from your doctor prior to starting the program.
The first half-hour session will first ensure that there is a basic understanding of the client's goals, and where they currently are, as well as look at the form of a few key movements prior to starting on training. Sessions will then focus on exercises and movements to target key areas, increase mobility and strength, and help the client reach their goals. During the holiday season this will also include a free month of any Correlation CORE Program.
Bodyweight workouts only. Focused on getting your heart rate in the fat-burning zone with full-body cardio workouts. Use it as a supplement to your existing workout to ensure you are building endurance and a healthy heart, or go all out with this as your program for only $6 a week*. Included is access to all benefits of health, body stats, and progress tracking with other integrations. *The program and charge will automatically stop after eight. We will have a check in to see if you'd like to continue with something else or the same after.
