A monthly program specifically designed for Men, written by Master of Kinesiology, Kyle Cook. Program will cycle through various fitness modalities to maximize your training gains. Phases such as muscle gain, strength, endurance, and fat loss are examples of what will be programmed. The weekly training split will also vary based on the training phase and goal of the program.
