Who is the fittest? Who has the best office workout facility? This is a 12 week fitness/nutrition challenge, the purpose of this challenge is to get business owners and commercial Realtors using workout rooms in their office buildings. Once the app has been downloaded the contestant will have access to the workout plan. 3 workouts per week 5 days of cardio (approx. 25 minutes) 6 days of nutrition Contestants will take a photo on day 1"the Before picture" and measurements (info in the app) And an "after photo) last day of the challenge
OTA's (Offseason Training Activities) is a 6 week training program designed to improve the flexibility, range of motion, strength, and endurance of the student athlete (middle school and high school student athletes). Minimal equipment is needed (jump rope, elastic bands)
