Kia ora! I'm Ash - Mum of 2, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. After working at a gym for the past 7 years, coaching clients in training and nutrition, and competing in Bodybuilding and Crossfit, I was able to see both the good and bad sides of nutrition.
I was constantly coming across women who could exercise no problem, but when it came to eating “healthy” they had a very all-or-nothing kind of mindset. This would often lead to feelings of guilt or shame when eating things they had deemed as “bad”. And being very restrictive and obsessive when it came to eating “good foods” or being on a diet.
After giving birth to my youngest in 2021 I knew that I wanted to help change the narrative around “healthy eating”. And that if I could help even just one or two women really change their mindset and understanding of food, that was a cause worth pursuing!!
My hope is that through the 8-week programme women would put an end to their yo-yo dieting. That they would build a more positive relationship with food, become more educated around health and wellness and create a balanced lifestyle they can maintain all year around.
