The system utilizes remote coaching through app integration, our DREAMS evaluation system: Desires/Goals, Realities of your Life, Encouragement, Accountable Action, Management, Start/Stops - and our Wellness Navigator (Coaching App) to give you consistency and real time habit building + tracking that syncs up with your coach! 📈 Clients have wanted someone there - without having someone always "there"... well, now it's available to you! ☑️

For 17 years, I have garnered a large amount of knowledge in Sports Performance, Strength & Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Bridge programming amongst other disciplines. My career has had a diverse range of experiences - working with professional athletes to nurturing youth potential, as well as running point on development of a nutraceutical line, ProXO, which included protein powders, creatine, daily vitamins, weight gainer and recovery formulations 💪

Above all else, the biggest thing you need to know about this coaching system: In the midst of your chaotic schedule, the demands present in your life, and some short comings, WE WILL be there for you.
