Welcome to Clutch Fitness Digital! I’m Bree, one of the trainers at Clutch! I’m a NASM certified trainer and I have been training at Clutch Fitness for 2 years.
Let’s chat a bit about how I developed my love for fitness back in 2017. Like most of you, I wanted to get “in shape” but had no idea how to get there. I tried a lot of different programs, classes, boot camps, running for miles on end, etc, but none of those exercise modalities worked specifically for me, on its own. I stepped away from what didn’t work, and began studying and shadowing personal trainers, and that’s when the magic happened. I saw what strength training was doing for me, and I wanted to show others the way as well. I especially want to break stereotypes that strength training will make women bulky. In reality strength training + cardio + good nutrition helps to build lean muscle and drop body fat aka “looking toned.”
Starting this journey is only the beginning. You have to actively show up for yourself each and every day. This app will provide you with group accountability and access to nutrient dense meal options. It’s not easy but it’s worth it!
