I started at Clubhaus Fitness in October 2009 as a part time front desk attendant. Since then I have grown into management, personal training, teaching and ownership. My training evolves around the 4 big lifts (deadlift, squat, chest press and overhead press.) There is nothing like helping people evolve, adapt, and conquer their lives through fitness.
