I've been heavily involved in the gym since the age of 12, owing most of my experience and knowledge to my time in the MMA world. I spent 5 years training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and multiple other disciplines typically correlated under the Mixed Martial Arts umbrella. During my time as a martial artist, I followed a variety of fitness regimes, finding the HIIT and CrossFit methodologies to complement my needs best. In my late teens and early 20's I trained friends and family who pursued Special Operations careers in the military to prepare for selection courses. I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2024 and help my clients achieve their goals while teaching and focusing on functional fitness that will benefit them well beyond the gym setting and improve their overall capability in life.
