Certified in Yoga (Registered with the Yoga Alliance), I've been practicing yoga since the age of 12 and dancing since the age of 5. I've spent the last 14 years focused on belly dance and within the last 2 years, have taken up aerial fitness. I'm currently wrapping up my Barre Instructor training.

Outside of dance and fitness, I'm a licensed massage therapist and esthetician. I spend my free time painting, drawing, reading, writing and singing because despite my background in movement, anatomy and wellness, I'm really an artist. I balance out my introversion with my dynamic, extraverted career and the occasional metal concert.
