I started lifting in high school, at 16, to help with performance in golf and basketball. In college, I really fell in love with the process of training and getting stronger. After college, I would intern with a former team USA and collegiate strength coach who would teach me the finer points of coaching, strength training, and youth development. Through that internship I was able to participate with the training of multiple Olympic hopefuls and professional and semi-professional athletes.

My passions lie in helping people get stronger and become more independent, and help younger clients be set-up for future health and success.
