I have been a multi sport athlete since the age of 6 and have always loved working out and playing sports. During my late 20's I entered a slump after suffering a career ending injury and ended up having a heart attack at the age of 33. Since then I have taken back full control of my entire life starting with my macros and exercise. Since that time I have been involved in Crossfit and strength training and obtained my Crossfit level-1. I was an obese single father and know what it's like to hit rock bottom. I would love for the opportunity to work with you and reprioritize your goals and health.
