In collaboration with the UNC Center for Women's Mood Disorders, we've created a 4-week exercise program designed to improve mood, strength, and function for Perimenopausal, Menopausal, and Post-Menopausal women. This program focuses on foundational movements while utilizing a progressive protocol. You'll learn about Barbell Deadlifting, Pelvic Floor relaxation and strengthening, and improving joint mobility, all while having fun! This program includes video and written exercise descriptions of science-backed exercise protocols and will help you move and feel better!
