Paullette "Coach P" holds a Master's in Health Promotion and Wellness and completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She is a board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), Certified Personal Trainer (NASM & ACE), Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA), and Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM).

Her passion and true calling is working with individuals to prevent or manage chronic disease and stress. Using a non-judgmental approach to coaching, her clients will always feel heard and supported with empathetic health coaching yet challenged with personalized fitness plans and in-person or virtual training.
