Growing up as an athlete since the young age of 4, I competed internationally for Great Britain in Judo. Growing up I participated in numerous sports, and found this to be my release from the tensions of adolescence. I spent 8 years managing high profile members clubs in London and New York where I perfected my trade of impeccable customer service. When I changed industry it gave me the opportunity to turn my passion of fitness and creating the perfect guest experience into a reality and I have never looked back!

My athletic background, love for staying fit, and desire to help others lead me to pursue further education in the form of my Level 4. Strength and Conditioning qualification. Although all of the work has been completed and passed I have been unable to take my final exam as of yet because of the situation in the world the last 18 months (certificate pending!)

I have helped a large number of clients lose weight, drop body fat, build muscle, reduce body pain, and feel amazing through one on one sessions;
