The objective of each assessment is to design and direct you with the right exercise program for your goal and needs. Postural assessment: Your trainer will assess you as you stand in a relaxed posture and as you walk, looking for any clues of musculoskeletal issues. An Overhead Squat Assessment will be performed, this is often used as an assessment for both upper and lower body function, as well as muscular and structural balance. The premise of this exercise as an assessment is that it allows the personal trainer to observe the kinesiological relationship between the muscles acting on the ankles, knees, hips, spine and shoulders. Movement analysis: Your trainer will have you perform a series of movements to assess your joint alignment, range of motion, over- or under active muscles and other factors that affect proper movement. Flexibility: A series of tests to assess the flexibility of your different muscle groups. Body composition: A test to assess your current ratio of fat-to-lean muscle mass used as a baseline to track progress. Measurements: Your trainer may take a series of measurements — neck, waist, thigh, bicep — to use as a baseline to measure progress based on your goals.
This program is for two. You will follow the program together as a team to build your confidence in each other and yourself. Simply put, its an accountability partner that will assist you in achieving amazing things in life together. The program includes: One in-person session assessment per month to see your current condition and fitness level, plus measurements and Inbody Scan to see your fat mass, muscle mass, and metabolic rate Body weight movements for control and stability Weight Resistance training for muscle building and toning High Intensity Interval training for fat loss Core training to build amazing core strength You'll also have full access to your coach for any questions or concerns and motivation to stay on track and achieve your goals. Minimum 3-months requirement to achieve visual results and must have access to a gym or at home equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, space to do body weight exercises.
As we age. We lose muscle mass and begin to move less and hold more fat. This program is designed for the 50+ individual who wants to stay active and stay injury free. This program offers nutrition advice 1- in person session per month to make sure you're staying on track and to progress you forward to the next level (travel time included in cost) Weekly workouts utilizing my app for 3-5 workouts Inbody Scan for muscle mass, fat mass, metabolic rate for calorie goal Direct access to your coach for motivation, or any questions or concerns Program is a 3-month minimum
