Let's take it up a notch! This 12 week bootcamp focused on building balance with fitness, nutrition and habits as the key Pilars. Get access to 12 weeks worth of home/gym workouts, meal plans, and video check-in's.
Get an overall training experience as Coach Calvin takes you through a one hour workout customized for your fitness level and goals. Each session includes a warm-up and cool down teaching you how to safely prepare and recover from you workouts. While on this plan, you will have access to nutrition and supplement advice, as well as access and support from Coach Calvin using the trainerize app messenger, and calendar to support and motivate you while keep you on track to real results. This is a 3-month commitment to achieve maximal results. Sessions are 3x/week for a total of 12 workouts per week. There is no rollover sessions and a 8hr cancellation if you plan to miss a workout. If more then 15mins late, you forfeit the workout and its cancelled. You must give a 30 day notice of cancellation, however there is no contracts.
