Fitness instructor with a strong background in resistance training, program development, and basketball coaching, along with experience in athletic training, boot camp, circuit training, plyo/explosive training, kickboxing, kettlebell & primal mace flow, Power Plate, among others. I am interested in utilizing my background in Martial Arts, Basketball, Soccer, and all other athletic pursuits, to help people reach their fitness goals and perform at optimal levels.
