I have been in the Fitness Industry since 1996. I started in Group Exercise and then also became a Personal Trainer in 2011. My certifications are with AFAA/NASM and I am also certified through TRX. I have three teenagers (ages 16/14/13), a husband, and very active Labradoodle, Katy, who runs with me! I LOVE my job and seeing clients achieve their goals! It is a blessing and an honor to be a part of their transformative journeys.
