I was engaged in the sport of competitive Powerlifting where I participated in the 181 and 198 lb weight classes from 2010 through 2018, successfully competing for the IPA, RPS and USAPL Powerlifting federations. When I retired from the sport, I coached 4 powerlifting athletes for a number of years that successfully made it to the National competition level.

I’m also well versed in the Olympic lifts and Kettlebell exercises. I have extensive knowledge in different program techniques and basic nutrition. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, archery, and Thai boxing.
