I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach.

My wife and I opened the Anytime Fitness in Opelika, Alabama in April of 2017 and haven't looked back. Fitness and nutrition has become our full time passion.
