Briana is an experienced NASM and ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Briana will guide you towards your wellness goals with a focus on overall mind and body health. She has worked with a variety of clients interested in achieving a strong lean look, or just looking for more energy to play with their kids.
Her goal is to encourage the best in each of us to push through the challenges, and create a transformation from the inside out. She is determined to see her clients succeed. Regardless of what level you are starting at Briana will coach you to go beyond your edge with a firm but fun approach.

Briana believes health is a lifestyle that is personal for each of us. Helping you to connect your goals with a deeper meaning is important to creating a goal that will be achieved. Not only will you look good you will feel good. She will hold you accountable to your goals, help you feel comfortable in the gym, and motivate you to take that next step in your fitness.

She specializes in one-on-one training, pre-natal and post-natal training, small group classes, running conditioning programs, and yoga and dance techniques. She sees fitness as a valuable investment for anybody who wants to live a happy and inspired life.

Inspired by over 18 years of dance and gymnastics experience Briana understands what it means to truly love connecting to movement. Over the years, her various forms of movement have changed and evolved. She finds enjoyment in challenging her own strength, and pushing outside her comfort zone. She has done various bikini competitions, marathon and half marathons, boxing, and is a dance competitor, and true athlete at heart.
