Welcome to the High Calling Power club! This is a 3-day workout program that includes a periodized approach to building both strength and muscle mass. The only equipment requirements are a rack, dumbbells, barbells, and a bench. Not only will you have programming via my app, you'll also have access to group live video Question and Answer sessions every Thursday at 3PM Pacific via Google Meet. You'll also have access to Coach Justin via the built in chat features to ask program, diet, or other lifestyle questions. Hop in any time.

Training starts Monday, June 10th. All needed training programs are provided. Everyone will follow the same program that has built-in auto-regulation. Coach Justin will be available in the app to provide any guidance on health/lifestyle, and the program itself.

Emily is the wife of Coach Justin and works behind the scenes on most areas of High Calling. Though not a formal coach until this point, she has coached, counseled, and trained many women in the areas of nutrition, training, and general health over the years. She has been a regular lifter for over 7 years, she and Justin and their kids have and continue to train regularly together every week.
Emily started lifting and researching nutrition when she was 8 weeks postpartum with their 4th child. She knows the ups and downs of training through motherhood and its challenges, and hopes that she can offer what she has learned through these experiences to other women wanting to improve their health and quality of life.
She had never touched barbell (besides the required reps to pass high school P.E.) until 7 years ago and could not even put the barbell over her head at that time. Now she feels better at almost 33 than she did at 25
