I live my life 1 WTF at a time. I'm an NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and a certified nutritionist. I frequently refer to my life as a Sh*tShow because I feel like I have no idea how to be an adult. If you want to feel better about your life, you've come to the right place!
I was in EMS for about 5 years, and met Jeff, my boyfriend, on a 911 call. He's a firefighter and I was on the ambulance. He's the kindest man I've ever met, and I'm so excited to be building a life with him.
We live in my hometown with our dog, and she rules the roost (Jeff will NEVER admit Midnight is in charge here)
I shamelessly fall in love with every single dog I see. It was (and still kind of is) my ultimate life goal to pet every single dog in the world.
I'm a self-proclaimed French fry connoisseur.
I'm always down for an adventure, no questions asked. I say I don't like to be in one place long enough for the grass to have time to grow underneath my feet. Buuut I also like being in bed by 8pm, so maybe our adventures together should happen before the sun goes down!
Jeff says I'm like a houseplant with more complicated emotions, meaning sunshine and fresh water are essential to my mental wellbeing.
The past few years, I've been infatuated with becoming the best me I can be; physically, mentally, and emotionally. You just so happened to join me in the midst of this chapter of my life.
