About Brianna

I graduated from UCLA and became an online fitness coach, training over 100+ women to build a healthy relationship with themselves and their body.

This is my story.

I began my health journey in 2017 because I was sick of feeling unhappy with myself and my body.

I went through the experiences that most women go through; body dysmorphia, gym intimidation, disordered eating, not feeling good enough, being heart broken.. I felt extremely unhappy with my physical and mental health.

Through fitness and nutrition, I found myself and my strength.

I am certified through the National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM) and have helped countless women create a lifestyle that is holistic and sustainable. I am honored to empower women to feel strong, powerful, and confident in their bodies and in their minds.
