Prepare for baby through the trimesters! Within this program is BOTH follow along 30 minute workouts that are bump friendly and a full program that is short demo videos go at your own pace. You get to choose- the full program that Bre herself did through the three trimesters. Just press play and shell be with you in the same stage of pregnancy, the entire workout or the guide! Then as baby is born and mama is healing we will rework the core and pelvic floor, and gain strength coming back after baby better than before!! This postpartum program can begin as soon as baby is born! This also provides nutrition coaching, 1:1 support from Coach Bre to walk you through pregnancy and postpartum. Shes 2x Pre and Postnatal Certified and a women's specialist who will make you feel seen and heard through the trimesters, not only that a mother of 2 who has lived and breathed through it. Lastly a full EBOOK guide with resources, education, tips and tricks to help you feel educated and know what to expect. Lastly you'll of course get all of our additional programs, follow along workouts, gym guides, core, spin, kickboxing, warm ups that can be mixed and matched.

We also have Warm Ups, Cardio and Core, Yoga, Kickboxing, Spin that are all follow along, do at your own time and space. Also provided is Gym programs that are each 8 weeks long with a short demo video to show each workout with sets and reps.
