My name is Jose and I am a certified personal trainer, life and health coach. I started my healthy lifestyle journey in July of 2015. I was overweight and always tired despite drinking 2-3 unhealthy energy drinks per day!! I was working full time, running my DJ business on the side, parenting my two children and going through a divorce. I was exhausted physically and mentally.
I knew that I needed to make a change. My friend Stephanie approached me about doing a group challenge with her through a direct sales company she was introduced to. It's exactly what I needed. I went all in. In my first month, I dropped 19 lbs and started to feel amazing. Over the course of 4 months, I dropped 38 lbs. In addition to working on my physical health, I also started reading and fell in love with personal development.
About 2 months into my journey I started going to Crossfit to enhance my results and challenge myself. It was challenging, but over time I started to enjoy it more and more. I now go 5 days per week and love the community I'm a part of.
After getting great results myself, I decided to start helping others reach their goals too through the same direct sales company. I was a part of an amazing culture and community. I helped a lot of people get tremendous results and develop a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
