Fitness is my passion! No matter what your goal, big or small, we all start somewhere! You will always be stuck in the same spot if you never take that first step forward. I’m 42 and a mother of three beautiful girls from Riverside CA. I’ve always been a fairly active person but NEVER exercised or trained for a purpose. My fitness journey started in 2013 as simple rehabilitation after lumbar fusion surgery. At the time of surgery, I had been on Norco’s for almost 28 years.. I had no muscle mass left to help me recover from this massive back surgery and liver damage from the drugs…I was only 34. I was told I would have to live with limitations the rest of my life and I was not okay with that. I believe in the power of the mind and body. Mindset is everything. We are all miracles of God capable of what we set our minds to, our bodies, simply an extension of the mind. I cold turkey quit taking the Norco and once I started getting fit and healthy, I noticed I didn’t need the pills anymore… just some physical strength training and lil inner strength training. My training gives me peace, serenity, inner strength and a confidence I've never had, and most of all it keeps me healthy, drug and pain free!
Little did I know this recovery journey of mine would lead me down a rode that would change the trajectory of my life. I have found myself in my training and personal satisfaction in helping others discover what they are truly capable of. This ignited a passion to share this knowledge with as many people as possible and show people how to improve their health and quality of life. At 42, I'm now a competitive bodybuilder, 100% opiate free, and in the BEST shape of my LIFE! I love that I can help people bring out their own inner strength needed to push themselves past their own limitations, crutches, obstacles, and vises that cripple their lives and unlocking the power of their mind! I specialize in weight loss, rehabilitation, strength training, and endurance training.
