I got into exercise & nutrition after a life threatening ski accident at age 19. While recovering in the hospital, I saw my weight on the chart & decided I needed to change. For the most part, I was self taught & started helping friends in college. That was when I decided I wanted to help people change for a living.
Ever since graduating KSU, I've been a personal trainer in the KC Metro area. I started off in big box gyms & eventually went out on my own. After a year on my own, I opened Body Solutions & will celebrate 15 years in business this year.
