Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine

Experience: I have learned from one of the greatest trainers in all of California, Marlon Gomez. Since the age of 12 when I received my first gym membership I have studied the art of physical activity. I have played multiple sports including football, wrestling, soccer and tennis. All this experience has taught me that everyone’s body is different and will react differently to certain circumstances but as long as you continue to work towards your goal, no circumstance will keep you down long.

Why Personal Training: I am a personal trainer because I love to witness everyone's journey to be where they want to be in life. Not everyone is content on being overweight for the rest of their life, and most would like to live a long and healthy life. To see that journey makes me happy, knowing I have the opportunity to change someone's life in a powerful way.
