    I made this program to help kickstart a beginner's fitness journey by learning how to build strength. This 3 day/week program features a variety of upper, lower, and total body workouts that can be done at the gym, at home (dumbbells & bench only), and using bodyweight only. This program is designed to help you build a solid foundation of strength and improve your overall fitness level by focusing on repeating basic exercises. $9.99/one time fee includes: -10 weeks of program access via the Trainerize app -videos of each exercise & weight-logging -Program to be performed 3 days a week: 1 upper, 1 lower, 1 total body, with gym, home (dumbbells & bench required), and bodyweight only options

  • Built, Not Bought- GYM 1.0

    This is a BUILDING program. I want you to work hard for the next 3-4 months. You should be taking this very seriously if you want results. If you focus in the gym (don't scroll on your phone), each session should take around an hour. You can take a deload week every 6-10 weeks as needed. TRAINING- (meant for a commercial gym): -3 lower days -3 upper days- that you can mix/match.
