Hi, I’m Abril Coronel – Fitness Coach & Nutrition Specialist.
I’m passionate about helping women transform their lives through sustainable fitness and nutrition. With over 4.5 years of experience as a certified Pilates instructor, stretch specialist, and professional bodybuilding athlete, I’ve built my coaching philosophy around creating balanced, personalized strategies that help my clients feel confident, strong, and in control of their health.
My own journey from feeling overweight and anxious about fitness to becoming a professional athlete has shaped the way I approach coaching. I know what it’s like to feel unsure, but I also know the incredible transformation that happens when you commit to yourself. Now, I specialize in helping women ages 20-50 build muscle, tone their bodies, and develop habits that last a lifetime.
I believe in an 80/20 approach to nutrition—focusing on whole foods without restriction—and I’m here to support you in overcoming challenges like bloating, binge eating, and plateaus.
