My name is Kristina Ellis. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have specializations in corrective exercise and virtual fitness training and am constantly continuing my education and gaining more certifications. I grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and love sports and being outdoors. Growing up I always struggled with body image and confidence. In my adulthood I’ve found a passion for health and fitness and in finding that passion I've gained so much happiness and confidence. I love helping my clients achieve their goals and in turn help them gain confidence and become a happier, healthier, and stronger version of themself.
