My name is Nikki Cloutier and I was a correctional peace officer for 17 years. I am also an AFLCA certified fitness instructor and a Yoga Fit certified instructor with a specialty in Hot Yoga. My passion for both corrections and fitness led me to start this business and my desire to provide a service for people interested in entering a law enforcement career in a supportive and successful atmosphere is what pushes me to provide the best quality testing available.
With over 15 years of front line and tactical experience in law enforcement and corrections, I saw the opportunity to start individuals on the path to a career in law enforcement through supportive physical training and testing.
My personal experience as an operational correctional officer and use-of-force trainer gives me the practical knowledge that strictly academic researchers lack. Because I am well versed in law enforcement control tactics and the experiences often faced by officers involved in critical incidents, I am more able to train you in a manner that is both realistic and legally defensible.
