Jack is certainly a jack of all trades. And it has been said that a jack of all trades is better than a master of one. Jack started his career in the restaurant scene at an early age. After seven years in the industry, Jack had the opportunity to work in fine dining restaurants, food labs, and even as a cook with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Seeking something new, Jack pursued a career as a registered dietitian, the perfect choice to help share his love of food with others. Jack has since worked throughout the lifespan, from children to the elderly and with the healthy and those in intensive care. Upon completing a dual master’s degree, an MBA and MS in Nutrition and Exercise Science, Jack began working with Bliss Health to help guide patients to their personal health goals.

Jack is accredited with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, holds an up-to-date Florida Dietetic License, and maintains an active membership with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
