Our 6-Week Conditioning Program is a progressive, full-body strength and performance plan designed to improve movement quality, build muscular endurance, and enhance overall athleticism. Whether you're returning to training, leveling up your fitness, or looking for a structured system to stay consistent, this program delivers. *As with any workout program, hydration and nutrition are KEY. Remember to drink your water daily, record meals in MyFitnessPal and enjoy the progress!* - Frequency: 4 workouts per week — Lower Push, Upper Push, Lower Pull, and Upper Pull days. - Style: Hybrid strength & conditioning — blending resistance training, plyometrics, movement prep, and core work. - Progressive Design: Each week gradually increases in volume, intensity, or complexity to build strength and work capacity without burnout. Equipment Needed: Can be adapted to dumbbells, barbells, sleds, kettlebells, and bodyweight options — accessible for all levels. Focus Areas: - Build powerful legs and a resilient posterior chain. - Strengthen upper body push/pull patterns. - Enhance coordination, explosiveness, and joint stability. - Improve conditioning, mobility, and recovery habits. What You’ll Get: - Day-by-day structure so you never wonder what to do. - Emphasis on warm-ups, cool-downs, and intentional movement prep. - Built-in tracking spaces to record progress and performance. This program is specifically crafted for people with Hypermobility. This is a 4 week long, progression of upper and lower body workouts, with custom videos made by Brandon for the hypermobile homies!
