About

I am a Certified Personal Trainer having obtained both a Bachelors of Kinesiology and Education from the University of British Columbia. I have worked as a Personal Trainer over the past 6+ years. Throughout the years I have had many great opportunities working various roles. My past experiences range from working as a Strength and Conditioning Student Coach with varsity teams at the University of British Columbia (UBC) ; working as a Personal Trainer developing individualized programs and organizing bootcamp classes; working with post-rehab clients, pre-natal clients and the general population. In addition to Personal Training, my main service I provide to clients is Online Personal Training.

During my spare time when I am not in the gym working out, you can find me in the outdoors looking for new adventures. Given that I live in beautiful British Columbia, I always take advantage of what our outdoors has to offer us. During the winter months you can find me snowboarding on the slopes and during the summer you can find me hiking the beautiful mountains of the West Coast.
