Britney Greenwood comes to Trainerize with more than 20 years of experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. As a track and field athlete and competitive dancer, she developed a desire to understand movement and biomechanics. A graduate of Western Illinois University, she has used her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Physiology to work at high-end gyms across America. She has worked with competitive dance teams and athletes of all levels and ages. Britney is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine among other various certifications.
Recently added to her long list of credentials is NASM’s newly accredited Macro Nutrition Coaching Certification!
