This online program is a 12 Week Postpartum Exercise Program, that can be done at the gym. This program also comes with a set of resistance bands for the days that you are not able to make it to the gym. The bands will be shipped directly to you after you sign up. It is perfect for the mom that is returning to exercise or even starting out after having a baby. We start with breathwork and reconnecting to your core and then progressing into functional strength training and increasing the difficulty and load.

12 week guided post partum recovery program. The group is limited to 5 women and we will meet once a week and go through a guided workout and given a plan for the rest of that week. Each participant will receive a set of resistance bands to complete workouts at home. Each week the workouts will progress adding a little more challenge each week.

BFit with Jessica helps you build a strong foundation and create sustainable lifestyle. Jessica's goal is to help you feel your best. Weekly/Bi-Weekly check ins depending on clients schedule. Check ins can be in-person or virtual (video chat or messaging) and will typically be 30 minutes.

BFit with Jessica started as just a simple name for posting about Jessica's Zumba and Pound classes.
