  • Structural Balance Program

    This is a 4 week gym-based program designed to build foundational strength whilst decreasing body fat. This will give you the foundation for the coming phases in your strength and conditioning journey. This is a 4 day program consisting of two upper and two lower body workouts that addresses a lot of the common weaknesses found in people. This program is suitable for beginners to intermediate gym goers or advanced lifters that would like to return to the gym in a safe way. Each workout takes approximately 45-60 minutes including warm up. All my programs are written in pencil not pen, so I am happy to make some adjustments to suit you! Also included: BONUS HIIT workout if you wish to make your program 5 days. Be sure to ADD the form correction pack if you are not confident in your technique. This program does not include any barbell deadlifts or barbell squats!
