I was a latecomer to the gym. I picked up my first weight at 26 years old!
My journey started with my personal trainer Ilya and that is how I developed my passion for health and fitness.
After getting into the best shape of my life, I developed an auto-immune condition called Lupus.
Lupus took a tremendous toll on my health and fitness.
I had to give up my beloved gym membership because I was unable to function on a daily basis.
After 12 months of chronic pain, I was able to get the necessary medical help for me to restore my health.

That's why in 2017 I made the decision to leave my day job and study fitness!
My mission is to empower people to overcome any obstacles.
