    FAB: Strength and Tone 1 on 1 Coaching is a month-to-month fitness and wellness program specifically designed for women forty and beyond (FAB). This program aims to enhance participants' energy levels, increase muscle strength and tone, and optimize cortisol levels to improve overall well-being. Each FABulous Woman's program will be designed based on her current needs, availability, desired goals and equipment available to her.     This 12-Week Group Fitness program is for women who are transitioning into perimenopause and beyond. It is designed to balance hormones while also improving sleep, increasing energy and decreasing body fat. This no-frills program includes workouts and videos that target every major muscle group, builds strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. If you are tired of doing your fitness journey alone, consider our FAB Tribe.
