From a young age, I was always involved in sports. I played in sports teams and participated in training camps for hockey, basketball, and baseball. However, my true fitness journey began when I enlisted in the Air Force. I was introduced to weight training by a fellow Air Force crew chief and I was hooked. I made sure to do my research for the best weight training techniques and progression. As well as proper nutrition to supplement the new muscle being built. Friends and coworkers would notice my progress and often ask if they could train with me. This is where I began to find my passion towards teaching others what I’ve learned in my fitness journey. Being a top-level technician for the military and a major automotive company, really gave me an eye for detail and I have translated that into my career as a fitness professional. I consider myself to be a lifelong learner. I have recently achieved a specialized certification in Corrective Exercise and I am currently working on additional certifications from NASM. I have helped a large number of clients lose weight, drop body fat, reduce body pain, and feel amazing through one on one and group training sessions. I am now adding many online training success stories from clients all over the world! I have a passion for helping people be the best version of themselves. I love what I do and I wake up each day excited to do it!
