Who it is for: For the person who wants expert guidance each week without committing to two sessions For the person who values technique feedback, structure, and measurable progress For the person who prefers a balance of coached sessions and independent training What is included: One 1-on-1 in-person coaching session each week, focused on high-quality execution and clear priorities Structured training program aligned to your goals, schedule, and equipment Full 24-week program delivered in four 6-week phases, with benchmarks and retests to keep progress measurable Initial movement screen and goal setting so we start with the right loads and cues Weekly in-app check-ins every Friday, a short accountability form to review your week and set simple intentions for the next Coaching support between sessions via app messaging and, where useful, form feedback from short video clips Evidence-based nutrition guidance through access to our flagship education course All programming, logging, and coaching notes delivered through the B-ACTIVE Coaching app How it works: Consultation and setup. We confirm goals, training history, and weekly availability, then decide together which core program best fits you: B-ACTIVE Strength, B-ACTIVE Growth, or B-ACTIVE Perform. We also lock in your weekly coaching slot. First sessions. We include a brief movement screen and baseline tests to set safe starting loads and clear technique cues. Weekly rhythm. You attend one coached session to refine technique, select appropriate loads, and set the focus for the week. You complete your remaining sessions independently with clear instructions in the app. Weekly accountability. Each Friday you complete a short in-app check-in to keep consistency high and flag any obstacles. It is not used for changing loads or rewriting your plan. Progress tracking. Benchmarks are set in week 1 and retested in week 6 of each phase. Results guide the next phase so progress stays realistic and visible. Communication. All programming, notes, and messages live in the app. If adjustments are needed, we discuss them during your session or by message and apply them in the next update. Logistics: Sessions last 50 to 60 minutes. Please try to arrive 5 minutes early to warm up Coaching hours: Monday 15:00 to 21:00, Tuesday 6:00 to 12:00, Wednesday 12:00 to 19:00, Thursday 15:00 to 21:00, Friday 6:00 to 14:00 Communication between us is through the B-ACTIVE Coaching app or email Reschedules require 24 hours notice Subscription details: This package operates on a rolling monthly subscription with recurring payments on the same date each month, starting from initial setup. I’ve spent over 20 years in sport and more than 15 years dedicated to strength training. My journey started young, from hockey and gymnastics to picking up a rusty pair of dumbbells in my teens. Since then, training has been a cornerstone of my life, teaching me discipline, resilience, and the power of consistent effort.
Now, as the founder of B-ACTIVE Coaching, my focus is simple: helping everyday people build strength, muscle, and performance through structured, evidence-based coaching.
I specialise in guiding clients who want more than just “general fitness.” Whether your goal is to lift heavier, grow muscle, or feel more athletic in daily life, my coaching gives you the structure, support, and accountability to make it happen.
