If you have ever tried to lose weight and failed, I understand because I have been there myself. Through most of my adult life, I did not like exercise or felt that I did not have time and did not do it on a regular basis. Personal training is a second career for me. I worked in marketing and sales for 15 years and reached a point in my life where I decided that I was going to take a year and lose the weight I had gained and it turned into a lifestyle.
