Hi I’m Reginald Foster. I’m a Wellness Coach and fitness guy who’s all about helping people get stronger, feel better, and build real confidence.
I spend my time leading group workouts, training clients, and putting together programs that actually push people forward—but in a way that’s safe, effective, and even a little fun. I’m always exploring new fitness ideas and finding ways to keep things fresh, because progress shouldn’t feel boring.
I also believe healthy lifestyle changes are not just about going to the gym and eating right, but about living your life to the fullest, enjoying one’s time with their family, and having fun while doing it. If you’re not enjoying the life you’re building, that lifestyle won’t last.
I studied Exercise Physiology at Montgomery College, and ever since, I’ve been on a mission to help people become a better version of themselves.
