Emotions are made up of energy just like the rest of the body & can affect the physical body when they become trapped. Releasing trapped negative emotions allows the body to find balance within itself to create the right conditions for it to heal. 3 sessions are recommended as a new client to allow the practitioner to find 'depth' in the emotion release. Adding emotion release to your training program can help you target emotional issues when training and allowing you to move through these emotions with much more ease allowing you to let go of unwanted emotional baggage.
