Hi, I’m Beth of Balanced Body Fitness Training. I coach midlife men and women, like you, with a focus on enhancing and maintaining mobility, strength and vitality for years to come so you thrive with confidence continuing activities you enjoy be it sports, travel or keeping up with your grandkids.
For you I provide a customized program, nutritional guidance and accountability support either in person, online or a combination of both. We’ll build what works for you!
Have a corporate or group event that you'd like to balance with movement to elevate the energy and strengthen camaraderie? As a certified group trainer, I develop programs that fit your event's agenda so your audience has scheduled guided movement increasing their focus, energy and team spirit.
My coaching approach focuses on strength, power and endurance training with the ABC’s of fitness: agility, balance and coordination. I develop programs to increase your metabolism by building lean muscle, fix muscle imbalances so you walk tall and your heart strong with cardio based on your goals and level of fitness from beginner to fitness enthusiast.
You won’t be restricted with a meal plan, but I will coach you on how to balance the foods you love with the foods that will empower you. And to keep you on track and answer any questions you may have we’ll have two-way communication.
Time is precious, and you’re busy! We’ll keep your sessions close to 40 minutes so you’re not spending hours in a gym. And I’ll ensure it takes you less than 20 seconds to tell me how you found your workout.
